Hey all,
Getting a really bad frame rate drop when playing split-screen, even with all settings on low. Single player I can play the game the highest settings with no issues.
GTX 770. 16GB RAM. FX - 8350 clocked at 4Ghz
Any ideas?

It is just a lot heavier to do split screen.
Since you wrote this we have rolled out some more performance improvements that will probably help out.

I'm thinking about purchasing this and having a go with it in split-screen, but I'm worried about performance.
While I understand that split-screen requires you to render a scene multiple times, I was wondering what kind of optimizations you guys have in place to speed things up? Do you share resources between the various contexts? Do you re-use physics calculations between the views?
Do you think 4-player split-screen would work smoothly on an Intel Quad-Core@2.5Ghz an Nvidia GTX560, and 8Gb RAM @ 1080p?
Thanks in advance!

We have a ton of optimizations. I don't think it would work smoothly at 1080p but it would probably run well at 720 with low graphics settings.
