When I launch the game in steam I met this error " Impossible to open Road Redemption error code -10810 ". I contact the support there : pr@darkseasinteractive.com. They told me to remove the game and install it after 30 minutes for a new update. I tried but the problem was the same. They ask me to try in about 2 hours for the new update. I tried again but nothing changed. They ask me to try another time with a new update because in their office the game work. But, the problem is still there. Now they don't answer me and no one told me what can I do. I want to be refund because it doesn't work on my system. Here's what I did before : I shut down Steam et open it again, Log out, and Log in, restart my mac, delete the " app cache " folder in library Macintosh HD, reboot my computer, reinstall all the game in my library and reset the settings. Here's my system specifications: 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5 4 Go 1067 MHz DDR3 Intel HD Graphics 288 Mo OS X 10.9.5 Thanks to the genius that can help me! Attachments:

It appears that the mac version of the game is a new release and you have come apon an unusual bug.
I recommend working closely with the team to try to fix the error if you have the patience, if not I'm sure they can refund you. Get intouch with the dev guys or with Clair (PR rep) on these forums and I'm sure they will help clear it up with you.

I understand but, I send them the same message but they don't answer me where I can ask to be refund.They ask me to update and now they don't answer me since two days... Even Steam has a contact support that doesn't work. It seems they don't reply for refund.

The games still alpha, don't try and get a refund. Wait until the game is released, then, if the problem persists get a refund. Just send them a detailed report of your computer specs and the problem. They'll work on getting it fixed at some point, but I imagine there are a lot of problems ATM and so they have to prioritize.

Thank for the info, it's been a while they don't give me no answer even when I send them a report of the problem, a screenshot and a video with screen recorder. I wait until the game is stable. Thanks again!

We actually can't issue you a refund. This is an issue you need to take up with Steam.
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game? It does work on mac, we have tested it on a large array of macs and have not been able to recreate your problem. I believe the problem has to do with the specific setup of your computer, but without being there in person I can't really debug it.
We will have a large update out soon that will hopefully resolve your issue if you can't solve it before then.

Hello Paul, yes I deleted the game and reinstall it from steam but the problem is the same. The day I bought the game, I saw the main menu, I was able to play the game with low graphics in 800 x 600. Then the game was crashing after only 5 minutes the screen freeze. I tried all the things I said in the other message, then I send an Email and Ian Fisch answer me. He told me he will send a message when the new update is available. He tried third times but for me it didn't change anything. It began to be worst. After the third update I saw this message (refer to the screenshot) and I wasn't able to launch the game correctly. He told me the same thing : The game work perfectly on all the computer in the office. I reinstall it after but it's always the same thing. I just don't know why if I met all the requirements I'm not able to play the game.. I was able to play game much bigger then it on my computer. But Thanks for you answer.

Guys road rash is not working for me. I have Intel core i3 and NVidia GeForce 820m graphics card. It stuck on loading screen

I don't mean to aggravate anyone by posting something that might not actually work but sometimes the internet Browser you use may not have all functionality working and that might include it's downloading tool.
I could be wrong but I would try either Firefox or Internet Explorer Browsers for Windows users. Ive been shocked at the amount of browsers that don't have all the functionality working on some major websites.
On a Mac I presume you are using Safari. There shouldn't be any problems there.
Like I say it might not be the full answer youre hoping for but it's always best to make sure we are using the right tools.

@ WheelsOnFire Thank you for the informations, but I always use Firefox and the problem is the same. But I find out how to clear the problem, really simple: The game met mister garbage. In the future, I'll never buy alpha game just to encourage the developper because the custommer service is completly poor with the developper and with steam. So here's my tips, if you find out alpha game never buy it. I lost 20$ so they keep the money, they never answer me back to refund and they never find out the problem of the game they created they are just laughing out loud right now. Now I only trust developper that can make a complete game and not just release a poor game with a lot of problem to fix.
