have you guys gave any tought on making an android version with tegra4 support and game controller support. specifically shield support
Unless androids get a dramatic increase in their cpu power we can't realistically plan to port a faithful representation to android.
Most(All?) Android/iOS racing titles don't even use real wheels on their vehicles. They do a ton of stuff to make it look like realistic physics but it isn't actually and that is why they don't really ever have rough terrain. Road Redemption uses all real physics models for vehicles and porting it would basically involve remaking the entire game.
The actual humble keys should be going out now. We are on pretty good track to have the final alpha build out late tonight so I think that will happen. The worst case would be tomorrow but I'm hoping we can make it out today.
Arm processors in general are just not as fast as people think they are. Tegra4 benchmarks are 2-3.5x slower than the original microsoft surface pro on things that the tegra4 is optimized to be fast at. The microsoft surface pro does run Road Redemption pretty well last time I saw it btw.
Additionally I'm sure memory management in general and specifically garbage collection are considerably slower on mobile devices. I'm not saying no forever because we will test against a Tegra 4 when the pc version is done. I am just saying don't hold your breath for an android port.

Argh! this Humble rubbish is doing my head in! I dunno who chose that thing rather than just giving us a download link like everyone else does???
I followed instructions posted and got exactly the same page i already had that just said thank you for purchasing blah blah blah, no sign of a key or download address and nothing happened when i tried to refresh it so i deleted the page and tried a resend, now it says they have no keys for my email address?
